A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 72 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment without any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 72 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. 

72 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

In the case you are 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged for the appointment scheduled.

A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require 48 hour notice. if you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the current scheduled service.
